Our Story
At The Prep Daddy, we started with a simple idea: healthy food should be convenient, satisfying, and affordable for real people with busy lives.
Our founder, a busy professional himself, was tired of spending $20 on “quick” meals that left him feeling sluggish, tired, and unfocused for the rest of the day. Like many people, he found himself constantly choosing convenience over nutrition — until he realized it didn’t have to be that way.
Having grown up cooking for himself, his friends, family, and coworkers, he saw firsthand that this wasn’t just his problem — it was a problem we all face. Fast food and takeout had become the norm, but the post-meal fatigue, lack of energy, and poor quality that came with it simply weren’t worth it.
Inspired by his mom’s incredible Middle Eastern cooking, the bold BBQ flavors of Kansas, and a lifelong passion for great food, The Prep Daddy was created to bring together flavor, convenience, and nutrition in one meal.
Our Mission is simple: Provide fresh, high-protein, chef-inspired meals that help people feel better, perform better, and enjoy eating again — whether at home, at work, or on the go. Because eating healthy shouldn’t feel like a chore, and convenience should never mean sacrificing quality.
